Golden Prana LLC provides Pranic Healing and energy-based wellness services for the purpose of supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and personal well-being.
All services are offered as complementary wellness practices and are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. No Medical or Psychological Advice:
Golden Prana LLC and its practitioner, Swathi Bhatia, do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical or psychological advice.
Clients are solely responsible for seeking professional medical or mental health care for any health concerns.
3. Client Responsibility:
By participating in services, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily receiving energy-based wellness services
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
You agree to consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical or mental health conditions
4. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Swathi Bhatia, Golden Prana LLC, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any claims, demands, losses, or liability arising from or related to your participation in Pranic Healing sessions or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, any perceived outcomes, experiences, or lack of results.
5. Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-shows are considered a completed session.
7. Packages & Programs:
Healing packages must be used within the specified time frame stated at purchase.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused sessions expire after the designated period.
8. Confidentiality:
All client information and sessions are treated with confidentiality and respect, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Website Use:
All content on this website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission from Golden Prana LLC.
10. Changes to Terms:
Golden Prana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
